HAMBLE MOTORS VACANCIES - Service Advisor

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced service advisor to join our award-winning aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact for all service customers, delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction is a must.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging customer bookings for the workshop.

  • Assist with planning the forward capacity of the workshop.

  • Understand the customer needs and correctly interpret instructions to complete job cards/repair orders.

  • Giving customers a 5-star experience.

  • Monitoring all work to ensure that it is completed by the times required ensuring the customer is fully updated.

  • To seek, record and communicate authority for any extra work required.

  • Cost the work and raise invoices.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • A full UK driving license is essential.

  • Experience of working within a franchised service department is preferred, however, candidates will a strong customer service background will be considered.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.

  • Proficient IT skills and preferably previous experience with DMS systems.

  • Committed to providing the highest quality of service to customers.

  • A self-starter who is able to work under their own initiative, multi-task and achieve deadlines.

  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong Organisational skills and ability to follow strict procedures.

 

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8.00 to 5.30

Saturday 8.30 to 12.30

Sunday and Bank Holidays Closed.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and professional Parts Manager with a proven track record to join our award winning Peugeot dealership in Southampton. You must have experience of at least two years in the industry working as a parts manager and have excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to multi-task.

 

Your role will be to oversee the daily operations of our busy parts department and to manage the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts for our busy workshop and trade delivery service. You will need to be resourceful and calm under pressure, with a positive, confident proactive approach and able to deliver excellent Customer Service. You will require good organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task.

 

 

To Apply:

  • you must have at least 2 years previous experience working in a parts role.

  • Be able to maintain accurate stock control.

  • Have a full driving license

  • The ability to support and train colleagues.

  • Have a good understanding of cars

  • Computer literate

Working closely with the Parts Manager your role will be to ensure that the parts department is running smoothly at all times

and kept in an orderly and professional manner. In particular your duties will be as follows:
